African politicians goes to overseas hospitals when they are sick because they know they have failed to build proper healthcare facilities for their own countries and their citizens. What a vote of no confidence on their leadership abilities and capabilities.
It is a denial of justice not to stretch out a helping hand to the fallen; that is the common right of humanity.

Working together is the trick to win this and make sure our people get the best service from us as Africans.
Africa’s healthcare system is in trouble and needs our attention. It’s sad that politicians go to other countries for medical help while many people in Africa don’t have good hospitals or doctors.
We all need to work together to make sure people in Africa get the good healthcare they deserve.

They ruined it in their times and we can try correct it through our voice working together.
Our country is destroyed in the name of democracy and people who are suffering are the voters. Our constitution at it’s current state is not addressing the past injustices but protecting the rich who are the minority. Political will must prevail to save our country.
It is a pity there are no clinics and ambulances in the villages where the were born and raised.
