The African National Congress-led government has displayed a great moral authority around the world by standing with the people of Palestine when no one dared. It also played a double standard by maintaining diplomatic and economic ties with the Zionist state, the Butcherer of Palestinians. This is just pure fake moral authority and a commitment towards social justice for Palestinians. It is the hypocrisy of the tallest order. The ANC has fooled everyone in the world, mostly South Africans, in the context of the Palestinian cause, while supporting the economic power of Israel. Justice for Palestine’s dignity, justice, social justice and human rights mean Israel is an apartheid and pariah state, and it must be sidelined or sanctioned with the seriousness it deserves.
Cyril Ramaphosa and his ANC cabal are characterised by the façade of solidarity; lies a web of hypocrisy. The ANC is complicit in the Palestinian crime scene. The ANC DNA and fingerprints are all over the debris of the destroyed Gaza and the blood of the multitude of dead Palestinians. They deserve to be charged with war crimes just like the USA and its Donald J. Trump.
The fake and verbose condemnation of the Israeli war against the Palestinians is just a political theatre of the tallest order. It is a fake ejaculation and orgasm. The ANC continues to maintain a political relationship with Israel despite the brutal genocide, occupation and its apartheid posture. The Israeli embassy is shining in Pretoria and is open full-time. The South African mission is fully functional in Tel Aviv. This is an unlikely stand for the moral authority and courage displayed by Ramaphosa; it is a political drama.
The Zionist businesses are operating in South Africa with fear or favour. The Zionist is still investing, trading, and profiting despite its genocidal war. This directly and indirectly supports the Zionist war in Palestine. These profits fuel the war machinery of genocide and apartheid. The ANC says or claims to condemn, but they cannot serve justice with one hand and count profits with the other.
The ANC must sever all diplomatic and economic ties with Israel, or theatre of moral authority, hollow performance, not an act of solidarity. South Africans and the world demand sacrifice, consistency, and courage.
